VMC has always managed the entire production cycle in-house, from the initial to the final stage, in order to ensure the creation of professional-quality products.
This is made possible thanks to well-organized planning and optimized production, followed by all the subsequent stages leading to the final sale. Throughout the entire process, each phase of production is constantly monitored.
The company has always been equipped with a quality manual and applies product traceability systems to identify every single stage of the production process.

STYLE DEPARTMENT
It all starts here: with our Style Department.
At VMC S.r.l., we are not just a production partner but a true creative reference point.
Within the company, our Style Department is dedicated every day to researching and analyzing fashion trends, providing clients with strategic support in defining their collections.
Our goal is to anticipate market trends and develop exclusive proposals that best express the unique identity of each brand.
Thanks to the aesthetic sensibility and creativity of our team, we create original and customized collections designed to exceed expectations and enhance every project.
PRODUCTION PLANNING
Our Production Planning and Control team at VMC manages, monitors, and oversees every stage of the production process from the arrival of raw materials to the creation of the finished product.
In constant collaboration with the heads of the various production and commercial departments, the team follows the entire order cycle, ensuring an efficient and timely workflow.
Through real-time monitoring, we are able to provide our clients with a reliable, prompt, and quality-driven service.
BOARDING
​Our entire production takes place at our headquarters in Gottolengo, where we combine manufacturing tradition with technological innovation to ensure the highest quality of our products.
We continuously invest in our production department and in Research and Development, where our highly qualified team studies new materials and solutions to offer increasingly high-performing and sustainable products.
We believe in responsible progress that involves the entire supply chain and promotes conscious choices, fully aligned with the values that guide our work: quality, reliability, and environmental responsibility.
SEWING AND DYEING DEPARTMENT
The sewing department represents a fundamental stage of our production process.
Thanks to a precise and highly technical approach, we ensure maximum quality and attention to detail, guaranteeing that every product meets our standards of excellence.

We dye our products using safe, non-toxic, and hypoallergenic pigments, along with auxiliary products that comply with the strictest European regulations.
Our dyeing facility is equipped with an automatic dosing system managed by advanced software, which optimizes the use of chemical products and minimizes waste.
Furthermore, we recover the cooling water from the dyeing process and reuse it in subsequent cycles, contributing to energy and water savings.

GRAPHIC DESIGN
Our graphic design department is responsible for the visual development of our products, supporting both the Vignoni collections and our clients’ customized projects.
For the Vignoni collections, the team creates CAD designs, develops visual presentations, and designs packaging that enhances each product to its fullest potential.
When working on tailor-made products, we carefully design dedicated graphics with creativity and attention to detail, providing refined and customized solutions that perfectly align with the client’s needs and brand identity.
PACKAGING
Our attention to detail is also reflected in the way we package our products.
At VMC, we believe that packaging is an integral part of quality — that’s why we handle every stage of the packaging process with the same precision and care we dedicate to production.
At the same time, we are fully aware of our responsibility toward the environment and use eco-sustainable packaging solutions designed to minimize environmental impact without compromising on aesthetics or functionality.
SALES DEPARTMENT
Our sales team is made up of industry professionals, each with specific expertise and a well-defined role, all united by a single goal: ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

IT OFFICE
Innovation is at the core of our strategy and one of our top priorities to respond ever more effectively to our clients’ needs.
We have developed a customized digital platform that integrates and digitalizes production processes across our three company sites, ensuring efficient and connected management of every operational phase.
The platform includes advanced features such as digital product sheets, machine order scheduling, production and quality management, direct connection to knitting machines, data collection via Wi-Fi tablets, and complete traceability of production flows.
Thanks to this integrated approach, we are able to connect all departments and analyze data in real time, providing our clients with fast, accurate, and tailor-made solutions.
